Booking Fees and Cancellations

As a small business, I need to do everything to protect it and mitigate losses. 

When booking online, I use a booking system called Get Timely.

Get Timely will send out policies, pre and post care forms, booking confirmation and a reminder of your scheduled appointment.

All appointments should be booked via the secure booking link on the website. (www.ultimatebodyworks.co.uk)

A 50% non-refundable booking fee will be charged for every appointment whether you are a new or existing client. I use a card capture facility through Get Timely which is safe and encrypted.

If your appointment is booked in the clinic, the booking fee can be taken by card payment, cash or a bank transfer. Or if booking an appointment by email, a booking link will be emailed directly to you. This needs to be paid within 12 hours to secure the appointment time reserved.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give more than 48 hours notice to enable me to fill your appointment space. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the 50% non-refundable booking fee will be retained by the clinic. If less than 24 hours notice is given, or you do not turn up for your appointment without notice, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.


Pre and Post Care

Pre and post care for your treatment will be emailed to you when a treatment is booked.

It is the responsibility of the client to read through this carefully and follow all of the advice given.

If you have any questions or concerns about the pre and post care please contact the clinic as soon as possible to ensure your booked treatment can still go ahead. 

If it is not possible to carry out the booked treatment due to the pre and post care not being followed, full payment of the treatment will still be charged. An alternative treatment may be carried out if appropriate.
